For those customers who cannot avail of a device programmer, we offer a very affordable alternative solution to this problem — device programming service at a minimal cost!

Programming charges depends on the IC to be programmed. However, not all ICs can be programmed by Alexan.

Repair Service


There will be times that products purchased may have problems due to wrong construction, misuse, factory defect or because of "old age". As part of Alexan's mission to provide quality products and services to our customers, we offer repair service at a minimal cost whether it be kits, units, or component checking/testing.

Repair charges depends on several factors such as service warranty available, damaged parts replaced, and if the item under repair needs to be sent abroad.

Below are some reminders before submitting an item for repair:
• For Kits — We DO NOT ASSEMBLE kits as part of repair service. If you wish to purchase assembled kit, please inquire at our Sales department or email us at sales@alexan.com.ph.
• For Units — We offer limited service warranty period for units purchased from Alexan. Please check your sales invoice for the time period stated. Make sure to present the sales invoice when submitting the unit for repair. If a unit under warranty is found to be tampered or has been repaired prior to submitting to Alexan, the service warranty will be considered void.
